I love giving head to completion (I like to swallow). Would there be any less risk for me if a guy cums in my mouth, but I don't swallow it, just spit it out? Thank you.
Response from Mr. Kull
There is no evidence that spitting out or swallowing semen would alter your risk for HIV infection. I am not aware of any studies that have examined the advantages of spitting or swallowing. Getting ejaculate in your mouth poses a risk to you, although the risk is lower than having unprotected anal or vaginal sex. Until more details are known about the risks of oral sex, it is advisable to get as little semen in your mouth as possible.
It is difficult to give up something that you enjoy doing and really turns you on. Does the benefit of having a guy cum in your mouth outweigh the potential cost of increasing your risk for infection? That's something only you can decide on your own.
