what about sores mainly on the buttocks area. not blisters more like a zit like sores that have a hard bump inside your skin

Sometimes it can be difficult to differentiate between blemishes/zits and herpes lesions if you are not an experienced medical doctor. If you think that you are at risk for herpes and have questions about possible symptoms that you are experiencing, see your doctor.
