je vous ecrit pour la 3e fois svp repondez je suis a bout!!!Je ne peux plus dormir,j'ai tres peur!!!Je pleure beaucoup!!Suite a un message ecrit de quelquun qui a poser une question a votre collègue sur ce site,j'ai vu que les maladies auto immune,autre que le vih, pouvait donner des faux negatifs alors dans ce cas on doit avoir recours au pcr,je vous raconte mon cas:j'Ai fait un test vih il y a 4 mois et ca sest avéré négatif(et mon risque remonte a deux ans),mais le probleme cest que mon orl ma diagnostiquer de gougerot sjogren,une maladie auto-immune(il pense que je lai) mais il ne ma pas fait de test,il est un peu stupide mais bref,advenons que je lai,
Jai lu alors sur votre site quune maladie auto-immune pouvait donner un faux negatif,cest a dire qu'il ny a pas de production danticoprs,alors ne pas en avoir danticorps pour detecter le vih sur elisa...et ils disent de passer un pcr dans ce cas...moi je suis hyper boulverse car jetais tres contente du resultat negatif ;( mais mainteanant jai des doutes!!! aidez-moi svp,svp,svp!!!Devrais je continuer a me poser des questions ou ca sarrete la et je continue ma vie paisiblement!!!

Tu devrais absolument continuer ta vie paisiblement ! Le syndrome de Gougerot-Sjogren n'a aucun effet sur la production d'anticorps et par conséquent sur le test ELISA. Ton résultat négatif et définitif et concluant. Youpi !
