Bonjour, pour une femme seropositive, un rapport anal est il plus risqué qu'un rapport vaginal pour une eventuelle transmision vers l'homme ? merci de votre réponse en français ou en anglais et désolé si cette question a été traitée, je ne l'ai pas vue cordialement Sylvain?C

Bonjour Sylvain,

Oui, mais seulement un peu plus. Le risque estimé sur la base d'un rapport anal actif non-protégé est de 6,5 sur 10.000 expositions alors que celui sur la base d'un rapport vaginal actif non-protégé est de 5 sur 10.000 expositions.
