phase sida aprés 3 mois de primo-infection

J'ai eu des sympthomes de primo infection qui ont duré plus de 45 jours : diarhée et pertes de poids de 3kg(de 80kg vers 77kg). J'ai vu le médecin qui ma mis sous antibiotiques mais, je n'avais pas de fiévre ni de sueurs. Mes diahrées et maux de ventre ont persisté , j'ai été envoyé chez un gastro qui ma mis sous librax il y a eu accalmie de deux mois, reprise de poids de 4kg mais un mois aprés, j'ai toujours des diahrées et mon poids reste autour de 78kg. je mange deux fois par jour mais je ne remonte plus jusqu'a 80kg.Ma sérologie au HIV était négatif il y a 14 mois,mais j'avais une colopathie fonctionnelle pendant 3 ans sans pertes de poids. Ma question est de savoir si le Sida peut arriver juste 3mois aprés une primo infection, j'ai toujours des ballonements et borborygmes et je fais une diarhée tous les deux jours,cependant les bilans sanguins ,formules sanguines, plaquettes et vs restent bons.Merci d'avance,je compte refaire le test en octobre

Diarrhée et perte de poids de 3 kg ne constituent pas en soi des symptômes de primo-infection. En termes simples, pour résoudre cette question, tu n'as besoin que d'un test anticorps (comme un ELISA). Je pense que cela confirmera ton statu négatif.
