Ton problème n'est pas la transmission possible du VIH (le risque de la masturbation mutuelle est, au fait, négligeable), mais le fait que tu es torturé par un sentiment de culpabilité. Le premier pas sur le chemin vers une bonne santé mentale, pour toi, est de tout déballer. La base de toute relation saine est l'honnêteté. Bonne chance et bonne santé.
