Bonjour Docteur je vous écris car g eu une relation non protégée il y a quatre jours et je voulais savoir si au bout de trois a quatre jours les signes de la primo infection peuvent se faire déja sentir car depuis ce matin g mal a gorge et mal a la tete. Je sais qu on tombe vite dans la parano mais c'est pas évident de rester zen meme si effectivement c est moi qui ait fait une connerie..

Bonjour angoissé,
Les symptômes d'une primo-infection apparaissent au bout de deux à trois semaines, et non de trois à quatre jours. Tes maux de gorge et de tête n'ont rien à voir avec une primo-infection par le VIH. Toutefois, en raison de ta relation non-protégée, tu as besoin d'un test VIH dans les trois mois après cette relation à risque pour écarter définitivement et de façon concluante la possibilité de la transmission du VIH.
Rends-toi un service, s'il te plaît, et utilise un préservatif lors de chacune de tes relations.
