I'll donate too, please help
Oct 31, 2009
Hi Dr. Robert,
I had unprotected sex with a guy a met online back in May. Long story short, I just received today the results of my last hiv EIA test done at 5 months, it's negative.
I know I'm so stupid for what I'm about to say, but i need to ask somebody.
I saw the same guy today (same day i'm receiving the results of my test result), and we kissed, nothing else, just kissed.
We kissed 4 times, and two of those kisses lasted like 6 seconds with open mounth and tongue.
My concern is that I have craked lips because of the cold and dry weather, can i contract hiv from that?
I'm scared, please help.

Response from Dr. Frascino

Hi,
As the old song goes: "You must remember this, a kiss is just a kiss, as times goes by." One could add "even with cracked lips" to the lyrics, but it might really screw up the rhyme!
Relax Max, you're fine.
WOO-HOO on your negative test results!
Dr. Bob
