What is the risk?

Hello Dr.
Considering that there are four bodily fluids that can transmit the HIV virus (blood, semen, vaginal fluid, and breast milk -between mothers and infants), is it possible to contract the HIV virus if a guy penetrates either a vagina or an anus without a condom but does NOT ejaculate inside the receiver??
I guess I mean if he "pulls it out" and ejaculates away from his sexual partner... What are the odds at contracting HIV in this scenario?

Hi,
Unprotected sex is risky with or without ejaculation, because pre-cum (pre-ejaculatory fluid) contains HIV and can transmit the infection.
