deca and test

I was living in NY with Aids for 4 years was on Deca and Test now i had to move to NJ and CANNOT find any dr who will entertain the idea of giving me those drugs Now i lose 30 lb and im in 5 ant represents PLEASES PLEASE how can i find a dr in NJ who will prescribe them for me ANY HELP WOULD BE SO APPRECIATED
