arrugas Oct 24, 2012 Hola Nelson , Aqui va mi duda, siempre he sido una persona muy presumida y me gusta cuidarme y lucir bien , es verdad que las medicinas te arrugan mas rapido ? envejecemos mas rapido ? no solo basta con esta enfermedad si no que tambien tenemos que lidiar con estos comentarios? que puedo hacer para evitar ese efecto? como se cuida usted su piel? |

 No es verdad, a menos que tomes AZT or Zerit (D4T) las cuales destruyen la grasa bajo la piel y pueden darnos una apariencia un poco mas arrugada. No tomes sol en la cara. Protegete con lociones humectante protectoras de la piel de por lo menos SPF 30 tres veces al dia. Toma mucha agua. No tomes mucho alcohol ni fumes. Tomate un multivitamico diario y come muchos vegetales y frutas. Practicamente todas esas cosas basicas pueden ayudar, pero todos nos ponemos viejos con el tiempo y hay que aceptar aunque sea dificil. Nelson | ||||||||
