finasteride Sep 7, 2012 Hola nelson te saludo desde argentina , te cuento soy usuario de finasteride por casi 10 meses con muy buenos resultados, aparte estoy en tratamiento para el hipogonadismo con un gel de testosterona, he leido que ambas drogas tanto finasteride como el gel pueden aromatizat y producir ginecomastia, deberia tomar a medida de precaucion algun inhibidor de la aromatasa para evitar posibles efectos secundarios? |

 Yo no tomaria esa droga ni que me la dieran gratis. Puede causar cambios irreversibles en el eje hormonal y en la produccion de testosterona, mas problemas erectiles. La unica forma de saber si necesitas un inhibidor de aromatasa es midiendo el estradiol para ver si esta alto. Nelson | ||||||||
