tratamiento hipogonadismo Jul 15, 2012 hola nelson te saludo desde argentina, te cuento que soy paciente VIH positivo en tratamiento, empece un tratamiento anexo para el hipogonadismo con el farmaco letrozol 2,5mg una tableta por semana, mesclado con un gel de testo dia por medio, mis valores de testo rondan los 750 y el estradiol en el limite inferior de lo normal (19), tu crees que pueda mantener esta opcion por tiempo indefinido? es cierto que letrozol afecta el sistema inmune los huesos, etc?? |

 Los valores que mencionan estan bien. No creo que tengas perdida de densidad osea con eses estradiol. Pero asegurate de que no se te baje mas de eso. Nelson | ||||||||
