Response from Mr. Vergel
An enlarged belly could be caused by:
1- Eating too much (obvious)
2- Not exercising enough to burn the extra calories consumed
3- Low thyroid and low testosterone blood levels
4- Improvement in immune function and CD4 cells
5- Metabolic problems caused by certain medications (high fasting LDL, triglycerides and glucose)
6- Liver problems
I have written about ways to decrease it here: Nelson's Top 10 Tricks for Fat Loss
