Response from Mr. Vergel
Vinegar has been shown to decrease blood glucose increases and decrease appetite in some studies. Here is a good summary you can read: Vinegar: Medicinal Uses and Antiglycemic Effect Some people in the health field believe that taking 2 table spoons of vinegar in water in the morning can decrease appetite and the way the body metabolizes carbohydrates, but no study has yet proven that this helps with weight loss. There have been no interactions found with HIV medications. However, some mild interactions may be present with glycemic control drugs used in diabetes: Acetic acid/desonide otic Drug Interactions Nelson | |||||||||
