 La dosis es demasiada baja. 5 gramos al dia es lo usual, y muchos hombres necesitan 7.5 gramos al dia para aumentar la testosterona total a niveles entre 500 y 1000 nanogramos por decilitro. El Arimidex is solo recomendado para los que tienen alto estradiol en la sangre. Bloquea el estrogeno pero nosotros los hombres necesitamos estradiol tambien para la salud de los huesos, pelo, piel y cerebro, asi que cuidado con bajar el estradiol a niveles bajo 20 picogramos por decilitro.
