Viral Load
Dec 23, 2011

what does it mean to have a viral load of 330 and a CD4 1056? Also is testosterone injection god for HIV patients?

Response from Mr. Vergel

It means that you have low viral load but it is not undetectable (under 50 or 20 copies/ml), and you have great CD4 cells.

Testosterone injections are only prescribed to patients with low levels of testosterone in the blood. This therapy is good for HIV+ and HIV_ patients who have testosterone deficiency, as long as the physician knows how to manage potential side effects.
