Yes, it is possible, but you need to talk to your doctor about this.
There is emerging data on the use of pre exposure prophylaxis for the HIV negative partner while the HIV-positive one has had undetectable viral load for a long time. Sperm washing is also another option, but it is expensive and only legal in certain states.
