Wat great vitamins are out there too help boost our immune and blood cells and mind.. and recomendations??

I wish the answer would be a definite YES. But the very limited data we have from small studies that may not have been powered well shows conflicting results on this matter. Ans most of these studies were done prior to the introduction of HAART.
Make sure that you eat fruits and vegetables of all colors daily, consume lean meats and fish, nuts, grains, and that you exercise 3'4 times a week for an hour.
Here is a small study that needs to be proven in a larger setting. There will be a large study done in Canada which will provide a multivitamin to one group and the formula described in this study to patients starting HIV medications to see if there are any different CD4 increases in both groups.
