Hi nelson, I am writing from Colombia, I'm in treatment of secondary hypogonadism and my treatment is arimidex (2 per week) and a testosterone gel daily. my testosterone level is 750 pg / ml and I'm fine. this treatment will keep my testicular volume?, you can work with endogenous and exogenous testosterone at the same time?

While we are using testosterone replacement to treat symptoms of hypogonadism or testosterone deficiency (low sex drive, fatigue, lack of motivation and focus), our testicles stop making their own (endogeneous) testosterone and tend to get smaller.
You have a very good testosterone blood level, so the combination of arimidex and a testosterone gel seem to be working well for you.
Testicular size is reduced on testosterone replacement, but it stabilizes to a point that most men do not mind too much. For those who get really self conscious about this problem, some doctors may prescribe human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) at low dose while on protocols like yours.
