Putting on healthy muscle weight.....

What kind of a diet should I follow when I'm trying to put on more muscle? It seems that consuming more calories or taking products like Muscle Milk aren't the answer, because it only results in more visceral fat, given the changes to my metabolism from anti-HIV therapy. For information purposes, I weight train 4 times a week, do cardio, and take supplements. Can you suggest an approach to increase muscle without adding more visceral fat....thanks.

Possible treatment, pending doctor's approval:

Nandrolone 300 mg plus testosterone cypionate at 100 mg per week in one injection (1.5 cc nandrolone and 0.5 cc testosterone). Retest testosterone after a month and increase if total testosterone is not above 500 ng/ml. Hematocrit will have to stay under 52 percent, otherwise dose of nandrolone has to be reduced accordingly. Estradiol should be under 50 pg/ml at all times, but never under 20 pg/ml. If higher, take anastrozole at 0.5 mg three times per week to lower it. These are my suggestions, not recommendations. The doctor may decide to do something else.

HCG later if you need it at 500 IU twice a week if your testicular size or sexual function are not what you would like.
