Response from Mr. Vergel
You do not need milk based products to regain or maintain weight. Concentrate on calorie dense foods and snacks that are healthy. Some calorie dense foods are: Mixed nuts, eggs, tuna, beans and rice, hummus, avocados, peanut or almond butter on whole grain bread, chicken, beef, etc. Also, exercising with weights and machines will increase your body weight by increasing your appetite and your muscle mass.
