HIV Pregression

May 9, 2011

I am 29 Years old and have been positive for the past 7 years. My Question is I just received a Graph Showing My Cd4 and viral load levels.I live in a country where there is not much support or information on HIV due to the fact that it is shunned by the local community. I want to know what are some of the healthy practices that I can keep up with as well as I am work a shift job and I am taking Atripla which means i have to take it once a day same time every day.I rarely get sick if ever but I would like to know what practices can I put into place to lower my viral loads and keep my cd4 counts high which was constant until it dropped my 300 in the past three months give me an idea of what a healthy daily routine would consist of to keep this body healthy.I also am not able to put on weight not sure why and my body seems to be shedding a few pounds every so often here and there is there something that I can do to gain a few healthy pounds please help me on this matter.
