Que tal paisano teagradezco tu ayuda.. Tengo una inquietud.. mi instructor me recomendo la NIACINA ya que proporciona energia a la hora de entrenar, asi como permite una apariencia de vascularizacion cosa que me gustaria tener.Podrias decirme si es perjudicial para los 0+ y,o en caso contrario como podira tomarla. Mil gracias

Es buena para mejorar el colesterol HDL, pero la picason y calentamiento de la piel puede hacer que la gente no la aguante.
