Response from Mr. Vergel
Your numbers are great. I would just keep going to the doctor every three months for testing and take care of yourself. Avoid exposing yourself to sexually transmitted diseases, eat and sleep well, and try to manage your anxiety and stress by doing things you love. Many people live healthy and need no medications for years, but they still should see a doctor every few months to ensure that your CD4 cells have not gone down below 350-500 cells per cc.
