 Taimed, the owner of the old TNX 355 (now called ibalizumab), is proceeding with its final phases of their phase 2 dosing study. GSK is also proceeding with starting their phase 3 studies for their new integrase GSK572. Those two agents together could help people like you. A few of us in activism are trying to convince both companies to allow combining their drugs before approval for people who need help now. They have been very receptive so far. The FDA thinks is a good idea. So far, I am still pushing for some sort of multi drug compassionate program. But we still do not know the details and when it can start.
