I'm just looking for a little info regarding Q10. There seems to be a big jump in cost when going from 30mg to 75mg/150mg/200mg. Would you say that there is any benefit in having lower doses of Q10 or does it warrant the extra expense?
I am also taking the following supplements. Would you agree with the doeses or are they too high/low... 1 Multivit
100mg of each vit B 25ug vit D 200ug selenium 3mg copper 25mg zinc
Is there anything else you might recommend having?

The dose depends on what medications you are taking for your health since some medications can lower Coenzyme Q-10.
Medications that can lower the levels of CoQ10 in the body include statins for cholesterol , including atorvastatin (Lipitor), lovastatin (Mevacor), pravastatin (Pravachol, and simvastatin (Zocor), fibric acid derivatives for cholesterol, including gemfibrozil (Lopid), beta-blockers for high blood pressure, such as atenolol (Tenormin), labetolol (Normodyne), metoprolol (Lopressor or Toprol), and propranolol (Inderal), and tricyclic antidepressant medications, including amitriptyline (Elavil), doxepin (Sinequan), and imipramine (Tofranil).
A dose of 200 mg/day has been studied in heart disease with good results. Coenzyme q-10 is a powerful antioxidant that protects heart muscles, improves energy levels, and may have some other health benefits by protecting the mitochondria (energy factories) in our cells from oxidative stress.
Your list of supplements looks good, but I would raise your vitamin D to 2000 IU per day and have your doctor retest your 25-OH Vitamin D blood level a month after you start that higher dose. Most of us have low vitamin D, which may be essential in bone health and immune function.
