Taking Mushroom Supplements

I starting Meds for the first time and my CD4 count is 340. I will be taking Atripla for my meds.. I want to know if I could take My Community host defense to help bring my cd4 count higher in the next three months to normal

We do not have even one study that has looked at interactions of mushroom supplements with HIV medications. I would not take them since we really have not seen any promising data in HIV anyway.
