red spots on the legs

i been having red spots all over my legs.at first i didn't have a lot of it but then suddenly they start to spread all over my ankle to my thighs. ever since i started running in the morning out no where they started to appear. they do not itch,burn or anything. they sometimes turn brown and dissapear but later it start to apper again.i am just scared if is something really bad. i just want to know what is it?

You need to go see your doctor or a dermatologist.

It could be allergies (laundry soap), HIV-associated eosinophilic folliculitis Folliculitis info at thebody.com , or other conditions.
