How do you lower your blood sugar

1- Exercise 20 min a day. Brisk walking can help 2- Avoid sweets and flours 3- Eat vegetables, wild rice, oatmeal, lean meats, fish, nuts, avocados, nuts, oranges, apples, berries, low fat milk products, eggs, olives and olive oil. Mix carbohydrates, protein and fats in each meal and snack. Avoid sodas! 4- There are medications that doctors prescribe if all above do not work.
