hi, my arms have gotten skinny. my shoulders also. my wrist the bone is stickin out. my question is . if i do weight lifting will that build up my arms? i afraid to do this cause i do not want my veins to show? will this make my veins in my arms show more? i rather have skinny arms then skinny veiny arms. what do you think. thanks nelson. sincerly jon

Weight training does not necessarily cause veiny arms or legs. I would use web sites like this one to exercise all body parts.
Three to four times a week, one hour each session,use machines for the first few weeks until you feel comfortable to start dumb bells or bar bells.
