low testosterone therapy
Apr 11, 2009
I had a low testosterone level and I now receive 10cc of Deca Testosterone every 2 weeks, from my doctor. Is this sufficient and what happens when he stops giving me the IM's and puts me on the "gel". He told me after another 2 iom's that is the plan.
Response from Mr. Vergel
I am sure you made a mistake when you say that your doctor prescribed 10 cc's every two weeks. It is usually one cc every two weeks, with some men having to increase the dose due to lack of benefits or increased total testosterone levels over 500 nanograms per deciliter.
Gels work for many people. However, you need to use them daily. Many people that start with injections say that they do not feel the energy boost with gels if they are switched to them, however.
