HIV exposure
Jan 27, 2009

I was diagnosed for having HBV last Oct 2007, i cleared the virus on Mar 2008. On Nov 2008 my test confirmed that i got HIV CD4 of 283 and Viral load of 2million plus. my question is how long would you think i'm infected with HIV (in years)considering my CD4 count? I didn't have my HIV test by the time i was diagnosed with HBV, do you think i already got it then? thanks hoping for your immediate response.

Response from Mr. Vergel

I really do not know and it really does not matter anymore when you got it. What matters is that you should get treatment! Talk to your doctor soon
