Dec 16, 2008 Hola: Pueden los corticoesteroides alterar la prueba de vih (antibodies), Un corto tratamineto de prednisone (corticoesteroide) 40 mg/dia x 2 dias 20 mg/dia x 5 dias, podria alterar la prueba de vih. La prueba de vih me la realice 10 dias despues del ultimo dia en prednisone (NEGATIVA)( 5 meses despues de la relacion de riesgo) ademas me relice la prueba a las 5 semanas despues de la relacion de riesgo (NEGATIVA). Nesecitaria otra prueba de vih? , la prueba a los 5 meseS es realmente NEGATIVA O BAJO ESTOS FACTORES (CORTICOESTERIODES) ES MEJOR VOLVERME A REALIZAR LA PRUEBA. Esperando su pronta respuesta y deseandole feliz navidad y un happy new year. |
