what is defined as proper nutrition?Dec 8, 2008 i have had hiv since 07/29/08 my viral load is 168,870 my cd4 is 513 and my cd8 is 1315. i have 8.5% body fat as of 02/2007 and i dont work out or exercise except maybe with walking an average of 4 miles a day. my nutrition sucks, because i crave sugar for energy when others crave coffee for the same, i always eat sugar drinks and eat alot of fatty packaged foods. i dont have the financial resources to "eat Healthy" i live in san francisco california, can u link me with someone who will guide me through the basics of nutrition & exercise so i can better my health? also i need help to stop smoking cigarettes. i dont drink alcohol or use illegal drugs including pot. please help me i am distressed & depressed. |

Call the Project Inform Helpline at 1-800-822-7422 Dr Rick Loftus and Dr Howard Grossman are great at treating HIV comprehensively with medications, proper nutrition and hormonal balance, so give them a try.
