end stages of aids? Nov 29, 2008 my husband stopped taking his meds and he is in the bed the whole day and it is just terrible he does not want to do anything. He complains he is cold, tired and verysleepy. He stopped taking his meds. Is he in the end stages of AIDS? He goes to the bathroom on hisself, nite sweats, vomiting , can not eat? |

 Where do you live? Outside the US? There are so many new good medicines now like Isentress, Selzentry, Truvada, Reyataz, Intelence, and Prezista that work for people who have multi drug resistant virus. I wonder why he stopped. Sometimes people give up too soon and also get depressed. Try to get him some help and take him to see a doctor if you can. There is no reason why someone if the developed world should be suffering like him without help Nelson | ||||||||
