swimming
Nov 20, 2008

Ive recently took up swimming something i havent done for nearly 3 years, i started last week, by doine 30 lengths of the pool, then 2 days later a did 50 lengths, then 2 days later again done 70, yesterday i went back down to 50, but ive woke up today feeling very sluggish and slow and feel like i cant do anything, is this a sign im doing to much? and how long before i can resume it again?

Response from Mr. Vergel

It could be, but it could also be a sign that you did not sleep well, you have allergies, etc

The right amount of exercise is found by trail and error. Cut down if you are feeling tired the next day and increase it until you feel you have reached an overtraining limit.
