| any other supplements Nov 20, 2008 Hi I am a 40 year male weigh 160lbs 5'10" non smoker. AIDS diagnosis 3 years ago then CD4 136 VL>100,000, weighed 126lb. Started meds and have recovered weight etc well. I take Co Enzyme Q10, a multi vitamin, selenium, a statin and of course my HIV meds. It has been a tough 3 year battle to recover my health CD4 390 VL<40, according to my scales my body fat is 24%, body water 55% and BMI 24.6. These numbers mean nothing to me, are they good or bad. And is the anything else I should be doing or taking to stay healthy. I am on Sustiva/Kivexa. Thanks So my question is |

You forgot to ask your question. Your immune numbers and your BMI look great. Your body fat is slightly higher than " a lean" percentage, but not that bad. I would not change a thing except may be adding resistance (weight training) exercise to your regimen. Nelson | ||||||||||
