 Gynecomastia (increased in breast tissue in men caused by increased estrogen levels that can come from testosterone convertion, genetics, or some HIV meds) can be treated in its early stages with estrogen blockers like Arimidex at low doses ( 0.25 mg a day.) But when the breast tissue gets too big, treatment will not shrink it, so surgery is the only way to deal with it. Just make sure that the surgeon uses an incision that no one can see later (under and around the nipple) I hope this helps! Nelson | ||||||||
