Response from Mr. Vergel
First of all, stop the cardio for a few weeks until you gain weight. You may be overtraining. Since you have a history of lymphoma, I would not suggest the use of growth hormone or androgens since we are not too sure if they can worsen cancers in those with a history. You may want to try products like Phosphagen or Juven that have aminoacids that help put on lean tissue. Eating small calorie dense meals (nuts, peanut butter, cheese, meatballs, baked chicken fingers, fruits and vegetables) 4-6 times a day may also help. Have you read the book Built to Survive yet? www.medibolics.com Ask your doc to refer you to a registered dietitian who knows about HIV (not all do!). Nelson | ||||||||||
