| Exercise for Liposdystrophy Jun 20, 2004 I have a round hard abdomen and no butt thanks to this syndrome. I am wanting to know if crunches will help lessen the abdomenal girth and distention. Also, I have pain in my knees so when I try to exercise to firm my butt I have increased pain. What else can I do to make positive changes in my butt and abdomen? Thanks Mike |
