no fat & no carb diet

I just got out of the hospital due to high tryglcerides, over 7000 and high cholesterol. My doctor told me to go on a no fat & no carb diet. Can you suggest a diet plan for me?

These are great ways to decrease your triglycerides fast:

1- Exercise 3-4 times a week for an hour 2- Do not drink sodas or consume sugar rich products 3- Take 2000 mg a day of Omega 3 fish oil capsules 4- Take 2000 mg a day of Carnitine (over the counter or prescription) 5- If nothing else works, talk to your doctor about Tricor (I am sure he brought this up already!)

I would not be too concerned about going low fat. Just try to keep animal fat out of your diet (no fried fried foods and fatty meats). Olive oil is cool.
