| egg powder Jan 22, 2004 i bought the egg powder with vanilla flavoring. it doesn't mix too smooth. it's a little clumpy. is there a way you have mastered doing it? |

Yeah, it is a little more difficult to mix than whey protein. I use a good blender, put some rice milk in it, fruit and ice. You can also use egg beaters instead of the powder (it is safe!). Rice protein is also a good option and good for the gut, but not as anabolic as whey or egg. Nelson | ||||||||||
