Just One Great Vitamin Please Dec 24, 2003 Nelson, can you recomend a supplement brand that has almost everything in the fewest pill? Besides the fact that my stomach has a hard time with vitamins, I simply can't swallow any more pills. I know I need supplements but every time I try, I fail because I can't handle the number of pills that I need. Mike |
