What supplements should I be taking?
Nov 28, 2003

Thanks for answering this. I am on Epivir, Ziagen and Sustiva with good results for three years now. This is my first and only regimen up till now. I have concerns however about long-term toxicities and take several supplements like Co-Q-10, carnitine,a B 150 supplement, a multi vitamin and an immune enhancer daily to help counter any problems my drugs might cause. If you had to take 5 supplements what would they be? Of course my biggest concerns are body changes. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. AP

Response from Mr. Vergel

It seems that you are doing the right thing. Just make sure that you are also exercising at 3-4 times (1 hour each session) a week with weights and doing 20 min of cardio also 3-4 times a week. nelson
