You really never drink any sodas or orange juice?
Nov 27, 2003

Nelson,

Hi I am sorry but I was wondering why soda is so bad to drink. I really love Coke, Pepsi, and The New Sprite Remix. You mean to tell me you never drink these? Is that a must to stay well?

And also orange juice. My two favorite brands are:

1. Minute Maid c-e-zinc 2. Tropicana a,c,e immuno support

Thanks,

Bob

Response from Mr. Vergel

Sodas have a lot or sugar, corn syrup and fructose that may increase triglycerides dramatically. So are bottled fruit juices with no pulp. Fiber tends to decrease the absorption rate of sugars into the blood stream, so if you are going to drink fruit juices, just make sure they have lots of pulp. Try to drink water with lemon!
