Nelson, Thanks for all your help. I had my testosterone levels tested last month and my ID Dr. said I'm fine at 469. Said I'm above average. Is this so? Should I question this at all? Are there supplements I should take to increase this level?

That is a pretty good level. Unless you have the symptoms of hypogadism (low testosterone) like decreased sex drive, fatigue, low mood, etc, I would not worry about it. Some people may have normal total testosterone and low free testosterone levels and have all symptoms of hypogonadism, so many doctors check for both.
Supplements like androstenedione may increase testosterone for 2-3 hours but I find them too risky on liver function, hair loss and acne and not worth the trouble.
