stenuous exercise
Oct 11, 2003

Hi,

My friend had got a fainting as a result of doing exercise in the morning without getting breakfast before doing it.However, he is a healthy sportsman and he is 17 years old. Could you explain to me what is the relationship between this condition and nutrition or getting breakfast before exercise.

Thank you for your cooperation.

note:please answer that as soon as possible.

Response from Mr. Vergel

Fainting because someone exercises on an empty stomach is not normal. He may be hypoglycemic or have another condition. He needs to consult a physician. Does he faint if he has a snack?

Nelson
