good morning .
iam from india . iam tested positive in july 03 with cd4 as413 and vl as 130000.
iam from asmall place in india and no much expertise is there on these issues .
hence iam requesting you some suggestions .
i stopped smoking and no alchol .
iam taking my meds without fail daily .
iam 42 years old male .
iam going daily morning 30to 40 minutes walking and small startching of hands and legs .
iam taking rice and curd and fruit juice as breakfast in the morning hours at 9 am .
iam having some cookies at around 1130
iam having rice with veg curries at 1400hours .
iam taking one fruit at around 1700 hours rice with veg currys and curd as dinner at 2100 hours .
around 15 minutes walking after dinner and 100ml of milk before going to bed .
doctor there is no expertise available in my small place in india .
i have small kids and i want to live long life like you .
so that i can take care my kids .
iam seeing my doctor monthly once only and having checkups .
doctor please help me with some suggestions on my diet and excercises .
doctor iam ready to follow any other suggestions or change my present diet and excercises and do any thing
else needed for the sake of my kids . doctor iam requesting you many times but you not helping me .
i look forward now atleast you will give some help from your experience to this poor fellow from india .
