Thanks to you and a sensitive trainerSep 2, 2003 I'm making good gains. Up 12 pounds lean muscle, from 168 to 180. My question is, should I still be considering anabolics? I could go with the newer prohormones. I see my doc in Dallas next week and thought I'd get some input from you. Thanks for everything Brock |

![]() | Response from Mr. VergelIf you are doing OK without anabolics, I would not try them if I was you. Why mess with your body's own hormonal balance? The prohormone products are not effective in increasing lean body mass and can tax your liver, so do not waste your money on them. Take glutamine, creatine and whey protein for best results.
